Labour training program

The objective of this program is to train local labour for possible employment in the project.

• Divulge, by means of the Communication Plan, the qualifications, profile and quantity of the labour to be hired in the construction and operation phases of the enterprise;
• Identify and propose solutions and/or partnerships to overcome the obstacles to the development of professionals, such as transport, cost, course availability, etc.;
• Establish partnerships with technical schools and other local and regional institutions to offer professional qualification courses.
