An Accounting graduate from PUC Minas, with postgraduate qualifications in Controllership and Finance from UFMG and Project Management from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He has more than 25 years of experience in Controllership, Cost Management, FP&A, Financial Planning, and Project Management, having worked for both national and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, semiconductors, R&D, outsourcing, automotive, and engineering.
Throughout his career, he has played a strategic role in designing, structuring, and enhancing processes, internal controls, and management systems, contributing to stronger corporate governance, greater operational efficiency, and higher-quality management information to support informed decision-making.
