WHAT ARE BRAZIL POTASH’S STRATEGIES OF TO CREATE VALUE FOR SHAREHOLDERS AT THIS MOMENT? 

Brazil Potash management is currently focused on securing offtake agreements (i.e., Amaggi), finalizing the construction permitting processes, and speaking with large investors for funding to advance our Autazes project toward project construction.

Brazil Potash is currently a privately owned company at the pre-construction stage so the value of your investment will only change the next time we raise money. The company is exploring options to provide liquidity for existing shareholders. 

WHAT IS THE PRICE PER SHARE (MARKET VALUE) OF BRAZIL POTASH STOCK TODAY? 

Brazil Potash is a privately held company, so the share price today is the same as our last financial raise being US$4 per share.

WHEN WILL THE PRODUCTION OF POTASH BEGIN? 

Our target is to be fully permitted for construction around 2023 year-end or first quarter of 2024 and start construction soon afterwards.
